What if my jewelry breaks or stretches?
I offer complimentary rewelds within the first 30 days. Just bring your chain. After 30 days, a small service fee applies.
Can I wear through airport security or medical procedures?
Permanent jewelry is TSA friendly! For medical procedures, like MRIs, you may need to remove it. Keep your piece, and I can reattach it later.
Do you offer group bookings and travel?
Yes! I work from my home studio and also offer mobile appointments for events, parties, and private sessions.
How long does the process take?
Most appointments take between 15-20 minutes — quick, easy, and painless!
Is it safe?
Yes! The welding process is gentle & safe. The micro-spark only touches the metal, never your skin.
Can it be removed?
Yes, it can be snipped off easily with scissors if needed. You can also make an appointment for me to add a clasp for future use.

Clean gently with mild soap and water, then pat dry with soft cloth.
Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
Rinse after swimming or exposure to saltwater or chlorine.
Longevity Tips
Try to avoid pullings, snagging or twisting the chains. Treat it like a normal jewelry piece.
If your piece catches or stretches, don’t panic! It’s usually fixable.
Keep gold-filled and sterling silver pieces clean to maintain their natural shine.

STERLING SILVER - Naturally oxidizes over time; a simple polish will restore its brightness.
